We were contacted by a Local Building Contractor to clean and seal a Porcelain Tiled Bar/Canteen Area recently Refurbished at Kings College, Cambridge. The Area due to construction work had become heavily soiled and remains of Grout Haze from installation made it difficult to clean.
We began by giving the stone a Deep Clean Using Tile Doctor Pro-Clean with a Black Pad on a Rotary Machine and extracted using our Truck Mounted Hot Water Extraction Machine, We finished the Clean with a Light Acidic Wash using the same procedure as above for extraction.
Once the stone had fully dried an coat of Solvent Based Impregnating Sealer is applied and dries Matt. Any excess sealer is then buffed away.
